3.        Read three UPFRONT articles.  Analyze the role the Supreme Court= has played in expanding or restricting personal rights in each of these article= s.    Cite appropriate textual evid= ence to support your claim.

 

4.&n= bsp;       Respond to the Inquiry Question in writing.    Discuss how the Supreme Court has expande= d or restricted personal rights from three UPFRONT articles.  Write arguments to support your cl= aims using valid reasoning. Use important and sufficient facts in your arguments from the article.
